Tobias Donczyk

AgileCrew helped us at Fenix during Summer 2020 as Lead Transformation Coach. With his great experience in agile and in setting up agile teams he build a solid base for transforming our Organization within the IT-area. Especially, it needs to be highlighted that Neno has a gorgeous agile spirit. With that he differs from many other Agile Coaches. Therefore, having AgileCrew as Coach does not only mean to get some skills in agile, but also gaining Agile & Growth Mindset. At this point, I want to thank AgileCrew for their great achievements in transforming our team and set the base for our agile future.
