Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any Agile Academy training or participating in any projects. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access the services provided by Agile Academy.

1. Enrollment

1.1 By enrolling in any Agile Academy training program, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Agile Academy for the duration of the program.

1.2 Agile Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual without providing a reason.

1.3 Enrolled participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisites or requirements specified for the training program.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment for training programs must be made in full before the commencement of the program, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Agile Academy.

2.2 All fees paid for training programs are non-refundable, except in cases where Agile Academy cancels the program or if a refund is explicitly stated in writing.

3. Participation

3.1 Participants are expected to actively engage in training sessions, complete assigned tasks, and adhere to any guidelines or instructions provided by Agile Academy.

3.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have access to the necessary technology and resources required to participate in training sessions.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Participants may be exposed to confidential information during the course of their participation in training programs or projects. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any such information and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent from Agile Academy.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All intellectual property rights related to training materials, curriculum, and any other content provided by Agile Academy remain the property of Agile Academy and its partner network.

5.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any training materials or content provided by Agile Academy without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Agile Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the participation in training programs or projects.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbia.

Additional Clause:

Individual success will be measured through official assessments/tests, and Agile Academy is not responsible for individual performance. These trainings require serious commitment to studying business cases, materials, and engaging with the coaches' experience. Please be aware that Agile Academy reserves the right to eject non-performing participants at any point of the training without explanation, starting with verbal warning and escalating to a written warning if necessary.
