How do you become a licensed Management 3.0 facilitator?
Let’s look into this: The different options of becoming a licensed Management 3.0 Facilitator
MNG 3.0 Training
Workshop-based
In order to take the written assessment to apply for a Management 3.0 Facilitator License you should have attended
a Management 3.0 Foundation
or Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) Workshop
or the Fundamentals Online Workshop and the Fundamentals Plus Workshop
or the Fundamentals Online Workshop + 6 hours in other Management 3.0 workshop(s)
not more than a year ago*.
Practice-based
If you haven’t had the chance yet to attend an eligible in-person workshop you can become a facilitator though: Earn yourself a Certificate of Practice by experimenting with at least seven Management 3.0 Practices and sharing your experience.
Once you have received the Certificate of Practice you can take the written assessment to apply for becoming a facilitator within one year.
