BAec Workshops

Our business agility training course explores how agile techniques can deliver a competitive advantage, and the practical steps needed to exploit them. Delegates have the opportunity to evaluate the capabilities that their organisation will need to avoid being disrupted and thrive in a rapidly changing world.

The Agile Crew offers four course Business Agility Modules: “CORE” “TEAM”, “EXPANDED” “PLUS”, which provide specific Business Agility leadership know-how and strategic objectives for different groups.  The supplementary formats “INCUBATION” and “EXTENSION” prepare employees and companies for transformation processes and support the sustainable implementation of agility in everyday business.

All modules can be booked individually or as part of a continuous training concept that builds on each other, with or without globally recognized certifications.
